Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. Two units, every feature, no card on file and no clock running. It stays free as long as you stay at two units. Most landlords with a duplex or a couple of condos never need to upgrade.
What counts as a unit?
A unit is one rentable space with its own lease: an apartment, a house, a condo, a room you rent separately. A duplex is two units. A single-family house is one.
Does Elyonah take a cut of rent?
No. There are no transaction fees, no per-resident fees and no percentage of rent. Pro is a flat $99 a year whether you collect $20,000 or $500,000 in rent. Standard ACH processing by our payment partner may apply, and it is disclosed before a resident pays.
What happens when I add a third unit on the free plan?
Elyonah asks you to upgrade to Pro before the third unit is created. Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. Your two existing units keep working as they always did until you decide.
Is $99 per year per property or total?
Total. Pro covers up to 50 units for one flat $99 a year, or $12 a month if you prefer monthly. Per-door pricing is how property managers and most software charge. It is the thing we set out not to do.
Can I cancel? What happens to my data?
Cancel any time from Settings. You keep read access to your records, and you can export every property, lease, payment and document as CSV or PDF before or after you cancel.
How does this compare to a property manager?
A property manager typically charges 8 to 10 percent of collected rent, plus leasing fees. On five units at $1,800 a month that is about $8,600 a year. Elyonah Pro does the back office for $99. The savings calculator shows the number for your own portfolio.
